Free Spaces Between Download from ticket purchase

I saw the show in Albuquerque. I don't know how to get the free download. I heard a link would be sent via e-mail, but I haven't received it. I know the album has been officially released. I heard it on Pandora.
How do I get the free download?
When I purchased the tickets Jun 14, for St Augustine, Fl show in Nov, along with the event purchase, a message link stated New Music Included!
" Each ticket purchased online for the Sammy Hagar tour comes with a physical copy of the new album 'Space Between' out now. After your ticket purchase you'll receive an additional email in the coming weeks with instructions on how to redeem your album."
I have not received an email, as the ticket record has my email included.
Is this valid?
