Well, after standing up to that ticket agency. My Credit Card Company won out!! I am not stuck !! And am happy about that. The tickets I suposedly had through this agency who falcly clamed to be TM was BOX 25 Row VIP no such thing! So we won out..... Thank goodness

Update, I screwed up bigtime. I was out of town and used my phone for the first time to order tickets. I had to call what I thought was Live nation. I was next to Luke Air Force Base in AZ and was very noisy. I asked the guy on phone may times if this was Live Nation. YES I was told. I got two tickets.... Got home to look at my email for ticket info to find NO EMAIL from Live Nation or Ticketmaster. I called credit card company. Yes a charge was made for $500+ for that date. I said dispute. I called Ticketmaster and ordered two tickets and have them IN HAND already. I called this other company FrontRowTickets.com who has misrepresented themselves to me. And sold me two tickets in Box 25 row VIP WHAT THE FUCK??? I called Ticketmaster to check on this location to find no such seats. I called the Front Row people to ask what my ticket numbers are so I can put a set up for sale as I do not need two. AND this guy was very rude said the same thing Box 25 row VIP. I said no such place in the venue. I need tickets in hand with seat numbers. The email they sent said they will send on Sept 5th.... WHY??? If Ticketmaster can send them NOW???

Was In Phoenix, used my cell phone CALLED Live Nation when the dam presale password did not work. Got tickets. Or think I did, only to come home and check my ticket master and email accounts and see ZERO TICKETS!!!! WHAT THE FUCK?????

Use SOUNDCHECK for Live Nation presale. Only way I could get tix with all the presale misinformation.

REDHEAD password didn't seem to work for anything. Wasted time trying to get it to work for the various presales and lost my chance to get tickets at all. All of this after trying to get tickets yesterday due to misinformation. Disappointed. Get it together guys.

Live Nation states early pre-sale password in an email I just received is different from the one stated on Redrocker.com. Which is the correct one?
