What an amazing show! We drove down from Phoenix and booked a room in the casino hotel at the last minute instead of staying with family. Had dinner, and got a coffee at Starbucks and on the way back to the room to change for the show, we spotted the band coming off the elevator. Sammy graciously stopped to hurriedly scrawl a few autographs, and then when I told him I had been following him for 16 years and just wanted to say Hi, he hugged me. I was on a natural high for the next 3 days-thanks so much Sammy for taking a moment with me.
