I can't believe Saturday in AC is really happening!!! I really am in shock and cannot wait!!! Thank you Sammy!!!!!!

My father-in-law passed away on August 1st 2010 after an 8 year battle with M.S. He was a great man who loved Cabo. Without him, I never would have been introduced to the magic of cabo, nor found the CaboWabo Cantina. I called him "The Rev" because he was a Pastor. Although, one could always converse with him as a normal guy. He never judged people and was always a source of strength, comfort and encouragement.

Okay, a fellow RedHead and myself (you know who you are, I'll spare you the humiliation) were discussing the lyrics to the song "24365". They are not posted on the site here, but as I have expounded upon previously, half the lyrics posted on this site are wrong anyhow. She misunderstood some lyrics to this song, which isn't hard since they are pretty damn goofy, and she had me cracking UP at her version!! So, here are the lyrics as I know them, from repeated listenings at high volume. If anyone disagrees, by all means, correct me.

This post is not necessarily Sammy-related, but wanted to give a recommendation to other Redheads. I was reading Trip Advisor reviews about the Cantina & they are pretty scary. I've never been & going in October. Please ease my mind- someone!

Okay folks, I REALLY need to vent here for just a moment. I am in St. Louis on business and wanted to take my friend/boss over to Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill at Harrah's Casino. The dude was really excited and even bugged me about it for a couple of weeks leading up to the trip. However, there is only one major problem. Harrah's has decided in their infinite wisdom to close Sammy's on Mondays and Tuesdays. Really people??? Are they serious???

Anything Sammy (+) St. Louis (=) SUCCESS.

Here's an idea for all those people who planed on attending the bash and were'nt able to get ticket's,sutch as myself,why not have an additional bash near by with Sammy Hagar music and i'm sure we'll be able to come up with beverages. Let's get feed back on this and see what we can come up with.

I've been a fan of the Red Rocker since high school, 1981, and the Standing Hampton album. I've enjoyed seeing him live in 1983 (Three Lock Box Tour), 1985 (VOA), 1986 (5150), 1988 (OU812), and 1991 (For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge) tours. Also got to catch the Sam & Dave Tour and the VH Reunion in 2004!

Also have visited Cabo San Lucas and the Cantina twice!

Next up: Atlantic City! Can't wait! Cabo Wabo Tequila is chilling!
